Charlene Pantry's Canapes are simply delightful!
We engaged Charlene for a corporate Afternoon Tea event. The Canapes tasted amazing, and looked beautiful too. The artisan chocolate with peppercorns and dried figs is my absolute favorite! The complexity of flavors is exciting, and they contrast well with the other elements yet also blend well together.

They offered an experience that is beyond just an amusement on the taste buds, but one that facilitated the interactions between strangers and friends alike. Thank you for reminding us what good food can be and what it can do. Through the colorful and plentiful courses of hor d'oeuvres, my 50 or so guests were well fed and well pleased. What was meant to be the side dish, in the best possible way, became the centerpiece of the night.
