Founded in 2016, we started as a small Cooking School with intimate classes for family and friends. We have since ventured into the Catering space, serving a wide range of global cuisines.
Based in the vibrant culinary home of Hong Kong, we pride ourselves on delivering a wide range of bespoke F&B services for both private and corporate clients.

With nearly a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Charlene Kotwall is the culinary force behind Charlene's Pantry.
Global trotting has played a vital role in shaping her culinary repertoire. She loves to explore her Persian roots and her menus lean heavily into a Moorish, & Mediterranean flair.
Charlene loves to eat her way through her travels with her husband, discovering new ingredients, cooking techniques, local dishes, and cultures.
Her culinary repertoire is a wide global collage of Italian, Spanish, Korean, Middle Eastern, Chinese, Thai, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Mediterranean, Indian, Moorish and Japanese fusion.
